性能量是水，性能量发动的根源是元精，神仙一味水中金，让性能量升起，在元精转化
成浊精之前，将元精化成元气，喂养真我元神。
The sexual energy is water and the origin of starting of the sexual energy is the
primordial essentials. The gold in water (menstruation) make the sexual energy rise. Before
the primordial essentials turn into muddy essentials, it turn the primordial essentials into the
primordial vigor, to feed the primordial spirit.
