返本还元的金丹步步有严格的验证，当元神和师父合一时叫归真，这时的元神叫金身，

There have step-by-step evidences of efficacy for the golden elixir that returns to
the origins. When Yuan Shen becomes one with the learned Master, it is called the “Golden

Body”. When the Golden Body becomes one with the Tao, it is called “Returning to

Tao”. The appearance revealed in the divine light is ten thousand times more beautiful

than your own, which can be described by only one expression: There is no such beauty in

the human world. It is a real verification that not only seen by one person, but by a group
of people. This is the magnetic waves that never disappear, as well as the immortal body

of the Tao.
