天有三光日月星，人有三光心、性、神。心光外现于目，性光外现于耳，神光外现于鼻。
最初元精发动，十月怀胎，化出来的是性光，证出来的法相是月亮；第二个阶段上丹田三年哺育，

养育的是心光，证出来的法相是太阳；第三个阶段九年面壁，心光、性光合一，养育出来的神光，

对应的法相是星星，之后金丹可以化生万物。

In the sky, there are three lights — the sun, the moon and the stars, and humans also

have three lights – the heart, Xing (spiritual life), and Shen (spirit). The light of the heart
presents in the eyes, the light of Xing presents in the ear, and the light of Shen presents in

the nose. At the beginning, the launch of Original Essence and ten-month conception give

birth to the light of Xing, which is verified by the image of the moon; in the second stage,
after being nurtured in the upper elixir field for three years, the light of heart is born, which is

verified by the image of the sun; in the third stage, after nine years facing the wall, the light of

the heart and the light of Xing are combined into one and nurtured the light of Shen, which is

verified by the image of the stars, and then the light of Shen(the golden elixir) can give birth

to everything in the universe.
