中间是元神天眼，红玫瑰元精和白莲花

灵液是还精补脑的两个步骤，元精化元气，

元气化元神。

In the middle of the picture is the

heavenly eye of Yuan Shen, and the red

roses of original vitality and the white lotus

fluid represent the two steps to return Jing
to nurture the brain, which is, to turn Yuan

Jing into Yuan Qi and to turn Yuan Qi into

Yuan Shen.
