人体是个小太极，上丹田和下丹田是太极图上下的阴阳眼，上面的真阴，下面的真阳，
人能返回到投胎那口先天元气上，使真阴真阳在中丹田合一结为长生不老的金丹。
The human body is a little Tai Chi, while the upper elixir field and the lower elixir field
serve as the yin eye and yang eye of the Tai Chi Diagram respectively. The upper one is
the true yin while the lower one is the true yang. A person can return to the primal Yuan
Qi of Oneness of reincarnation, which enables the true yin and true yang to merge into an
immortal golden elixir in the middle elixir field.
