本篇讲杜冲得到老君的仙方，得了金丹，有了本性佛的法身，能摄群神，洞观众妙。老子遣
上清元君下迎，授以书，为太极真人。这说的是大脑松果腺，光足了是一个旋转的太极。杜

冲吟咏《道德》，服炁，炼神二十余载，能够感应真人的神传。是说神通了，能感受时空中的
无形能量，与天同频共振。

Forty-eighth, "Give the holy recipe"

This picture is about the story of Du Chong, who received the holy recipe from

Laojun, achieved golden elixir and had Fa Shen of the nature Buddha. He could
lead a group of fairies and had wonderful insight into everything. Laojun sent

Shangqing Yuanjun to meet Du Chong, gave him the scriptures and canonized him Ta
Chi Zhen Ren. This implies that the pineal gland in brain would be a rotating Ta
Chi if getting enough light. Du Chong chanted the Tao Te Ching, practiced Qi and

refined the spirit for more than 20 years, and finally could sense the teachings
of the learned Master. Once the original spirit is awakened, you may feel the

intangible energy in time and space and resonate with the heaven in a harmonious
way.
