道是本性本体，把握了体，妙用才能显化。而对于体的把握是有途径、有规律的。《秉教法》
画面上的三个人物，代表的是人的精、气、神，三个人坐在一个圆圈里，是说精气神三合一。
元精发动，先天元精化成元炁，德一能量，人体的高生物电。电能向大脑汇集，使松果腺的

光成千倍地增长，光球自然地出入人体，这就是元神。元神能看到三界内外的能量，老子、
老君是虚无道体的人格化形象。老君是本性之王的像，每个人的本性能量开启后，都能看到

非常道的老子爷爷，这是每个生命共同的共像，任何人心灵深处都藏着老子爷爷。《秉教法》
的内涵直指外丹元神。

Fourth, "Adhering to the rules"

Tao is the nature and essence of everything. Only when the essence is grasped,
can the magical effect be verified as a manifestation of the essence. There is a

way to grasp the essence, which is rule-based. There are three figures on behalf
of the human vitality, energy and spirit in the picture, and the three sitting in

a circle represents the reunion of vitality, energy and spirit. When a person's
Yuan Jing (the original vitality), or called the natural sexual energy, rises

without any human desire and action, this energy is transformed into Yuan Qi
(the original energy), also called the energy of Te and One, which is a kind of

high bio-electrical energy of the human body. The electricity converges to the
brain, multiplying the light of the pineal gland by thousands of times. This ball
light that can go naturally in and out of the human body is Yuan Shen. Yuan Shen

can feel the energy inside and outside the Three Realms. Laozi/Laojun, is the
personified image of the Tao. The image of Laojun is the king of the original

nature. Everyone who gets the energy of original nature can see the Tao image of
Laozi, which is a common image of every life, hidden in the depths of every soul.
This picture refers to outer elixir, also known as Yuan Shen.
