唐敬宗年间，皇帝有事于南郊，荐飨礼毕，诏兵部侍郎韦处厚撰碑，起居郎柳公权书之。忽
有劲风飒然而起，旋飚不已。众仰视之，乃见老君紫衣、金冠、金履，立于白莲之上，右手

捧五明扇，左手垂悬空中，光明如金色。从修行的角度说，履白莲是一种修行的高境界。脚
像踩着棉花，神在无极乡的生理反应。
